Robert Hessel is the CEO/Chairman of Source 1 Solutions. He has expanded Source 1 Solutions globally to employ full-time resources in 17 countries that serve businesses in 118 countries. With 25 years of experience in business management, he empowers channel partners by delivering world-class services in unified communications, data networking, WiFi, data centers, electronic security & network security solutions.
Robert is the author of Safe City: From Law Enforcement to Neighborhood Watches, which debuted as the #1 New Release in Privacy & Surveillance in Society on Amazon. He is also a 4th generation military veteran who served in the US Navy. A state champion student-athlete in high school, Robert is featured in “Beyond the Game”, a 2020 full-feature documentary film that follows the journey of celebrated athletes as they transition to second careers in business, entertainment, and entrepreneurship.

Richard Montefusco
President/Chief Revenue Officer
Richard Montefusco, President and Chief Revenue Officer, is a seasoned executive-level professional with over 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Global Service Delivery. In his position at Source 1 Solutions, he devises strategies to optimize revenue streams, improve customer success and acquisition, and ensure alignment across departments.
Throughout his career, he’s developed a keen leadership style that has a proven track record for prompting growth, maximum return, and innovation. His work at various major corporations, such as Siemens and AT&T has inspired industry standard approaches for systems implementation and operations, while keeping key focus on the customer. As a proud alumnus of the University of Alabama, he is uniquely adept to lead Source 1 Solutions down its path as a disruptor within the Tech and managed service industry.
Sean Colpoys
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial officer, Sean has kept the company on track to successfully drive growth and profitability. One of the original pioneers of Source 1 Solutions, Sean is a high-energy leader with experience in all areas of the business, from Direct and Indirect Sales to Finance and Operations.
He was recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as 2018 CFO of the Year for his keen P & L management ability.
Don Bily
SVP, Global Professional Services
As Senior Vice President of Global Professional Services, Don oversees the direction and coordination of the company’s service growth globally. With over 23 years of experience the IT services industry serving as a Sr. IT Recruiter, Project Manager, and Director of Operations, Don has lead on-site global staff ranging in size from 35 to over 700 for both internal and project-based labor forces.
Don has worked with several Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business organizations, supporting commercial customers as well customers in both the Federal and DoD environments. His efforts were recognized on multiple Department of Homeland Security projects such as an ICE service migration, the e-Verify desktop deployments for CIS and US Congress along with multiple personnel mergers and oversight for global energy and food supply organizations.
Mike Crawford
VP, Operations
As VP of Operations, Mike excels at maximizing efficiencies and leads the effective delivery of Source 1 Solutions services. He improves operational systems, processes, and policies to support consistently high-quality customer service and facilitates support to operations throughout the organization with a focus on employee development.
He has over 20 years of leadership experience within a Fortune 500 company and a local Tampa based MSP. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Baldwin Wallace University, Six Sigma Greenbelt, APICS Certifications, and Lean qualifications.
Aaron Gustum
VP, Managed Services
As VP of Managed Services, Aaron is an accomplished technology leader with over 40 years of infrastructure management, information security, strategic planning, and project management experience. Aaron transforms and leverages technology to accomplish goals, enhance business value and exceed customer expectations.
Aaron spent 20 years in information systems management with the US Army, has a BS in Business Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. In his many roles across various organizations, Aaron has proven track record in technical vision and strategies that bring IT services to a global market, all while maintaining corporate business objectives.
Aaron’s certifications include but are not limited to MCSE, MCP, CNA, CNE, LEAN Green Belt, and ITIL Foundations. In addition to these certifications, Aaron specializes in IT areas such as security, strategic planning, business continuity, disaster recovery, cloud environments, and project management; this expertise allows him to design solutions fortune 5000 companies with IT bottlenecks. Aaron is also an active community member, church volunteer, board representative, and scoutmaster.
Rebekah Nault
Director of Global Business Development
As Director of Global Business Development, Rebekah is committed to bringing Source 1 Solutions’ innovative services to the main stage internationally and across The Bay. With a talent for finding hidden facets to connect people and businesses, she’s been a proven leader in Tampa Bay’s tech community for nearly 25 years. She specializes in facilitating partnerships that coincide with the rapidly evolving needs for tech during Tampa’s booming period of growth.
Rebekah is an active member of several community-based organizations including the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce where she was the 2022 Chair of the Board, the Military Support Council for MacDill Airforce Base, Tampa Bay Defense Alliance, and volunteer organizations such as Jackson in Action 83 Foundation, Feeding Tampa Bay and Metropolitan Ministries.
