What are 3 career lessons you’ve learned thus far?
1: Make sure you and your team is engaged and learning – Avoiding stagnation is the key to growth.
2: Don’t be afraid to fail or make a mistake, there are a lot of moving parts – you learn from them.
3: Be a good teammate, it’s key to survival.
If you could meet any living person for dinner, who would it be?
Tom Brady. I’m a big Pat’s fan and he will be moving here, so we could go to Bern’s?!
What advice do you have for prospective candidates?
Keep learning! Information Technology is not going to slow down and wait.
