NEWS: Source 1 Solutions’ All-In Culture Lands 2024 Best Places to Work
Feb 29. 2024- Clearwater, Fla. – The Tampa Bay Business Journal announced yesterday that Clearwater-based Source 1 Solutions (S1S) was one of 60 Tampa Bay area companies to be honored with the esteemed title. S1S was nominated to compete in the large company category with 50-99 employees.
S1S CEO Robert Hessel said, “Best Places to Work might be the award that touches me the most. It is an award given by the members of an organization because they truly feel that they were in one of the best companies on the planet.”
According to TBBJ, nominations were accepted and nominated companies’ employees were surveyed by surveyed Quantum Workplace about company culture, including compensation, benefits, and trust in leadership. Quantum evaluated responses to create composite scores and the final ranking will be revealed at the event on May 2 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.

Quantum’s analytical tools selected the top organizations in each size class (small, medium, large and extra large). The results are quantitative, based on employee survey responses rather than a panel of outside judges.
